What to expect?
During this 2-hours workshop we will talk a bit about the anatomy of the pelvis area and then jump into a breath-guided sequence that will improve the flexibility of your hip area, loosen your hamstrings (the back of your thighs), strengthen your core and relieve your lower back.

Along the way, you will release the tensions, stress and emotions that are stagnating in your pelvis area. You will thus leave this workshop feeling light and regenerated both physically and mentally, ready to leap with joy in life!
This course is open to all levels: cues and different variants will be proposed so that everyone can benefit from the sequence.
By following this workshop, not only will you do good for yourself, but you will also contribute to the safeguarding of gibbons - great apes of Indonesia - and their habitat as the profits will be donated to the Kalaweit Association.
